Regent’s diploma-level training program is designed to produce the most professional and efficient uniformed guards available anywhere in the province of Alberta. A well-trained and fully supported officer is the most effective option in environments where real security liabilities exist and when the job must be done effectively and efficiently.
Every Regent guard is required to fully participate and pass our thorough training program. Any officer that is graded below an 80% pass is given additional assistance and training until they have reached an acceptable standard. Our basic training program takes three months to complete in concert with on-site training and close supervision. In addition to their training, all Regent guards are assessed every four months to ensure that our high standards of training and professionalism are maintained on every client property.
